    Credit Requirements

    • M Tech(Course): 43 Credits Coursework + 21 Credits Project = 64 Credits
    • M Tech(Research): 12 Credits RTP (one of the courses should be mathematical).
    • Direct PhD: 24 Credits RTP (one of the courses should be mathematical).
    • PhD after M Tech: 12 Credits RTP (one of the courses should be mathematical).

    Pools

    Pool A(Theory Pool)
    Subjects related to theoretical computer sciences
    Pool B(System Pool)
    Subjects related to Computer Systems and Programming.
    Pool C(Intelligence Pool)
    Subjects related to Artificial Intelligence.

    Sem 1

    • Meet with Faculty Advisor
    • Select 4 courses at least one from each pools

    Sem 2

    • Meet with Faculty Advisor
    • Select 4 courses to complete the pool requirement
    • Choose M Tech Thesis supervisor

    Sem 3

    • Complete the remaining credits
    • Start the Project Work

    Sem 4

    • Complete the project, and remaining credits(special cases)

    Final Tips

    • Get ready for lots of Mathematics(Especially for Pool A and C)
    • Beware of Plagarism and other activities
    • Participate in fun and academic events
    • Take care of health. Especially try to be safe from Mosquitos.
